1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any DigiSwasth app — Digi Dental Care, Digi Nursing Care, Digi MindCare, Digi Physio Care, or Digi General Care — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Nature of Service

DigiSwasth is a technology platform that connects users with independent, licensed healthcare professionals — dentists, nurses, mental health professionals, physiotherapists, and general physicians — for appointment booking and care coordination. DigiSwasth does not itself practice medicine, dentistry, nursing, physiotherapy, or psychiatry, and does not employ the professionals listed on the app.

• The app does not replace in-person emergency medical or dental care. In case of an emergency, go directly to the nearest emergency facility or call your local emergency number.
• Diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions are issued solely by the treating professional under their own professional judgment and registration.
• Digi MindCare is not a crisis intervention service. If you or someone you know is at risk of self-harm, contact a local emergency helpline immediately.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
• Account access is via OTP-based phone authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate name, phone number, and medical history when using any DigiSwasth app.

4. Appointment Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

• Bookings are subject to the treating professional's availability and confirmation.
• Cancellations made less than [X hours] before an appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
• If a professional or clinic cancels an appointment, you are entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within [X] business days.
• For in-home services (Digi Nursing Care, Digi Physio Care), you must ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.

5. Payments

Payments made through the app are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. DigiSwasth does not store your full card or bank details. Prices shown are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

6. Medical Records & Health Data

X-ray images, lab reports, prescriptions, treatment notes, and other health records uploaded to the app are visible only to you and your treating professional. These records are provided to assist your care and are not to be used for self-diagnosis without professional consultation.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical and personal information at all times.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and not to harass or misrepresent yourself to healthcare professionals.
• Respect scheduled appointment times; repeated no-shows may restrict future booking privileges.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiSwasth is not liable for any act, omission, negligence, or malpractice by an independent healthcare professional or clinic listed on the app. Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, except where caused by our gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and content of the DigiSwasth apps are the property of DigiSwasth. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the apps without our written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abusive conduct. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, subject to record-retention requirements for medical records.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Insert City].
