• Name — used to identify your account and appointments
• Phone number — used for OTP-based authentication
• Medical records — X-ray images and lab reports uploaded by your doctor

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the appointment booking and clinic management services within the app. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage) in the Asia South 1 (Mumbai) region. Medical documents are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible by your treating doctor and yourself.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay — please refer to Razorpay's privacy policy for details on payment data handling.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@digiswasth.com.

6. Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry best practices to protect your personal information.

7. Children's Privacy

DIGI Dental Care is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
