• Financial Data: Transaction history and wallet balances (Payment details are handled by Razorpay).
• Device Info: FCM tokens for push notifications and device model for app optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your appointments and clinical records.
• To process payments and maintain your wallet.
• To send notifications regarding reminders, advice, and billing.
• To improve app performance and responsiveness.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage. Authentication is handled by Google's Firebase Identity platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your information is shared only with:

• The specific Doctor/Clinic you have booked an appointment with.
• The Admin for system maintenance and support.
• Razorpay (only necessary payment metadata).

5. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal identifiers, though some transaction logs may be kept for legal/accounting purposes.

6. Security

We implement Firestore Security Rules that strictly limit data access. Only "Authenticated" users can access data, and "Patients" can only read/write their own records. All data in transit is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for users of all ages; however, minors must use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
