- Contact Info: Phone numbers are used strictly for OTP authentication and service-related communication between patient and professional.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate the connection between Patients and verified Nursing Professionals.

- To provide real-time updates and emergency routing for ambulance services.
- To verify the professional eligibility of nurses joining the platform.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Firebase). Medical records and personal identifiers are stored in regions that comply with local data residency requirements to ensure accessibility and speed of service.
4. Data Sharing
- Care Continuity: Clinical notes created by nurses are shared only with the specific patient and the booking professional.

5. Data Retention
Personal health data and professional profiles are retained as long as the account is active. Users can request data deletion by closing their account, after which data is purged within 30 days, except where required by law for medical record-keeping.
