We collect the following personal information when you use Digi MindCare:

• Name — used to identify your account and personalize your appointment requests.
• Phone number — used for secure OTP-based authentication and clinical communication.
• Medical records — includes symptom assessments, digital prescriptions, and diagnostic reports (X-ray/lab reports) uploaded by your doctor to your clinical caseload.
• Health Metadata — medication reminders and reschedule request messages sent to professionals.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide appointment booking, treatment coordination, and clinic management services within the app.

• We use your phone number to send system-level notifications for booking confirmations and rescheduling alerts.
• We do not use your health data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firebase Storage). Medical documents are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible by your treating doctor and yourself via authenticated sessions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

• Payment Processing: Handled by Razorpay; please refer to Razorpay's privacy policy for details on payment data handling.
• System Alerts: Delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active to maintain your clinical history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@digiswasth.com.

6. Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry best practices, including strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) via Firestore Security Rules, to protect your personal health information.

7. Children's Privacy

Digi MindCare is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
